How to use it
- Paste your key result. Type or paste one draft key result. Add the objective it belongs to if you want a sharper AI rewrite.
- Add the numbers. Choose a unit and enter the start and target values.
- Grade it. Select Grade my key result to get a score out of 100, a pass or fix for each of the four checks, and an AI-assisted rewrite.
Frequently asked questions
What makes a good key result?
A good key result is one number that anyone on the team can look up, with a starting value and a target. It describes an outcome, such as a change in customer behaviour or a business result, rather than a task like launching a feature.
How does the key result grader score my key result?
Four rule-based checks, 25 points each: is it measurable as a number, does it have a baseline, does the target differ from the baseline, and does it describe an outcome rather than an activity. 100 is Strong, 50 to 75 is Needs work, below 50 is Weak.
Is the AI rewrite always right?
No. The rewrite is AI-assisted and is a starting point. It does not know your data, so check that the numbers it suggests are realistic before you commit to them. The rule-based score does not use AI.
Is the grader free?
Yes. No sign-up is needed. To keep it free for everyone there is a daily limit per visitor, and AI rewrites pause once the day's AI allowance is used. The rule-based score always works.
Do you store the key results I paste?
No. We score the text and, for the rewrite, send it to our AI provider (Azure OpenAI). We don't save it. We keep only anonymous daily usage counts to enforce the limits.
