What you'd actually pay
We charge for people who run OKRs, not for everyone who reads them. Flat-rate tools charge one price for the whole company. Which is cheaper depends entirely on how many of your people actually own key results — so set that number yourself.
Starts at 1 contributor per 5 people — our assumption, not a measurement. Drag it to your real number.
6 contributors at $8/month annually. The other 24 people read and comment for free.
One price for everyone, regardless of who participates. Typical published tiers: free to 5 people, then $588 to 50, then $1,548.
Every person is billed whether they own a key result or only read one. Shown at a common category rate of $8/user/month.
At 6 active contributors, OKR Studio costs $12 less per year than a flat-rate tool. That flips once you pass 7 contributors — above that, flat-rate is the cheaper structure and we would rather you knew.
Comparator rates are published list prices for the OKR category, checked August 2026, on annual billing. Flat-rate tiers and per-seat rates vary by vendor — check the current price before you decide. Implementation fees and paid add-ons are excluded from every column.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
What happens when I exceed the user limit on the Free plan?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to Professional to continue adding team members. Your existing data remains safe and accessible.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, we offer a 11% discount when you choose annual billing on Professional plans. Professional is $8/month when billed annually (instead of $9/month), saving you $12 per year.
How does role-based pricing work?
You are billed only for active contributors — the people who create, own, and update OKRs. Team Members and Stakeholders who read, comment, and follow along are free and unlimited. So a 40-person company where 6 people own key results pays for 6, not 40.
How do you compare to flat-rate OKR tools with “no per-user fees”?
Honestly: it depends on your team, and the crossover is easy to calculate. We charge $8/month per active contributor on annual billing, so 6 contributors is roughly $576 a year — about the same as a typical flat-rate tier for a team under 50. Below that line we are cheaper; above it, flat-rate is the cheaper structure and we would rather you knew before you bought. What flat-rate never charges you for is participation, and neither do we: viewers and stakeholders are free here too, so transparency scales at no cost either way. The reason to pick us is the analysis layer — cycle-aware at-risk detection, drafted check-ins, and Slack and MCP that read your whole cycle. We price the intelligence, not the login.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all Professional plan features, including integrations. No credit card required to start.
What is Delvyn Studio and why is it included?
Delvyn Studio is our Product Operating Model platform for product vision, strategy, and discovery. All OKR Studio Professional and Enterprise subscribers get full access at no additional cost.
What is the MCP Server integration?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets AI assistants like Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Glean query your OKR data in real-time. Ask plain-language questions about progress, blockers, and alignment from any MCP-compatible tool — no copy-pasting. Our server runs the finalized 2026-07-28 MCP spec. It's on Professional because it's wired into the analysis layer — the same cycle-aware at-risk detection and Slack alerts that read your whole cycle — not because the protocol itself carries a cost. The connector is standard; the intelligence behind it is the product. Most teams connected in under 10 minutes.
