What to ask any vendor
- What does the AI do in week six? If the answer is about planning day, it is a drafting tool.
- Does “at risk” know the calendar? 40% progress is fine early in a cycle and a problem late in one.
- Is missing data treated as zero? A key result with no recent update is unknown, not failing.
- Can my assistant read live goals, and on which plan? MCP access ranges from mid-tier to enterprise-only.
