- • View all OKRs in a cycle
- • Quarterly or custom timeframes

- • Semi-annual: 6 months
- • Annual: 12 months
- • Custom: Any timeframe

Cycle States
Planning
Before the cycle starts, teams define objectives and key results.
Running
During the cycle, teams check in regularly to track progress and update status.
Evaluate
At cycle end, teams grade results, reflect on learnings, and plan for the next cycle.
Best Practices
- • Consistent cadence: Use quarterly cycles for predictable rhythm
- • Buffer time: Leave a week between cycles for evaluation and planning
- • Align dates: Coordinate cycle dates across teams for better alignment
- • Clear naming: Use descriptive names like "Q1 2025" or "H1 2025"
