Invitation Tips & Troubleshooting

Common Issues

  • Invitation not received: Check spam folder or resend
  • Invitation expired: Resend from member management
  • Wrong role assigned: Edit member after they join
  • License limit reached: Upgrade plan or use free roles

Helpful Tips

  • • Start with Team Member or Stakeholder (free)
  • • Upgrade roles as responsibilities grow
  • • Use Stakeholder for external visibility
  • • Review pending invitations regularly
Best Practices

✓ Do This

  • • Assign minimum needed permissions
  • • Use free roles when full access isn't needed

  • • Include a personal message in invitations
  • • Review access levels quarterly

✗ Avoid This

  • • Making everyone an Admin
  • • Inviting without assigning a team
  • • Ignoring expired invitations
  • • Using licensed roles for view-only users
  • • Sharing invitation links externally
